As you know your appointment can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours, so please park & plan your day accordingly – to best serve you in a timely manner and to respect the time you’ve committed to being with us, we’ve put together an easy to follow policy in regards to appointment bookings for you.

Life happens and sometimes you’ll need to rearrange your day. No problem, just let us know asap as we can then offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.
Loyalty Card — Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
Earn one stamp when you rebook your next appointment on the same day as your current visit. One stamp per appointment.
Validity Period:
The loyalty card is valid for 2 years from the date of the first stamp.
Rewards Structure:
On your 5th visit, you’ll receive 20% off your appointment, based on the average value of your previous 4 visits.
On your 10th visit, you’ll receive 40% off your appointment (calculated from the average of your last 9 visits)
Services Only:
Discounts apply to services only and cannot be used on retail products.
Service Value Calculations:
Discounts are based on the average value of your previous visits. If you book a higher-priced service, the discount applies up to that average, and the balance is payable.
Non-Transferable:
The loyalty card is for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
Lost or Damaged Cards:
Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively.
Missed or Cancelled Appointments:
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the rebooking stamp.
Program Changes:
Elle J Hair reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Loyalty Card program at any time without prior notice.
